David has expertise in providing mental training  to enhance performance, reduce performance anxiety, and  increase the joy of  pursuing your passion.   David has worked with entrepreneurs, business leaders, artists and atheletes to help them meet their performance goals.  He uses a unique blend of Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to increase focus, decrease anxiety and enhance performance.  He also addresses nutrition and prescribes supplements to help the body reduce anxiety naturally, improve focus, and increase physical capacity.  By supporing both mind and body he helps his clients perform to their potential and reconnect to the joy of their pursuit.
