This Mindfully informed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Supervision group will meet throughout the summer.

This group based supervision is meant for health care practitioners interested in further strengthening their CBT skills.  It is open to participants of any experience level with CBT and mindfulness.

The supervision group will follow along the lines of a typical CBT session: agenda setting, reviewing previous sessions, reviewing recordings of therapy sessions, discussion of agenda items, assigning homework, and receiving feedback.  In addition to being CBT focussed David will incorporate mindfulness into the sessions and the psychotherapy work of the participants.  It is adviseable that participants have at least one ongoing psychotherapy case that they can discuss throughout the supervision process (David can help with getting started).  Homework will include readings, self-practice, and specific interventions to try in the cases being discussed.
